• He completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2012.
• After completing his compulsory service at Mardin State Hospital, he started his speciality training at İnönü University Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic in 2014.
• In 2019, Algan completed his Plastic Surgery Speciality training and worked in Malatya Training and Research Hospital for two and a half years for compulsory service.
• In 2022, he continued his duty and education at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital.
